OOTD: Venice Day #1

Hello and welcome to the first proper blog post on here! For those of you who’ve followed me from my old blog, you’ll know that I recently went on a birthday/Valentine’s trip to beautiful Venice and promised to give you a look at the outfits I sported while I was there. I documented my outfits for three days, but skipped snapping the last day’s outfit as it was rather a sloppy travel ensemble!

I have to admit it was freezing cold, so the layers get heavier day after day, but nonetheless we had a brilliant time and I hope you enjoy the various snaps from our first day of adventuring on the beautiful islands.

I absolutely love this background, how could I refuse to do an outfit post here? Here’s my first day outfit, warm, but not warm enough for the bitter Venice cold! I’m wearing my River Island coat, a boxing day sale bargain, a gorgeous blue jumper from the Zara sale last year, red paper-bag waisted shorts from the New Look sale, my prized Motel belt which was a Christmas present, Primark bag and leggings, black vintage boots, long star necklace from Freedom at Topshop in the boxing day sale and my new favourite scarf, an amazing Primark find and part of my Christmas present from my lovely sister. This jumper was actually used as a base layer for every subsequent outfit during my stay, that’s how cold it was!

Until next time, enjoy the photos and don’t forget to let me know what you think by leaving me a comment or tweeting me @MillieDelacoe.
