OOTD: Venice Day #2

So we’re half way through my Venice outfits, the last day’s outfit is on its way tomorrow. As I mentioned yesterday, it was extremely cold while we were there so excuse the layers! This was my favourite look from the holiday as it is one of my favourite jumper dresses and my go-to garment for wintery days when you don’t want to think too hard about an ensemble!

Again, I’m loving this background, I just had to do an outfit post in front of The Grand Canal! I’m wearing my River Island coat, Primark bag and leggings, Topshop star necklace, Motel belt and vintage boots, the same as the day before as we had to pack as little as possible. I was proud of my capsule wardrobe I must say! I’m also wearing a black Dents stole from Jacob’s of Dunster who I am extremely grateful to, long story short I left my original stole on a plane from Ireland and hunted everywhere for another, they were the only place that had one and sent it in record time for me so I could bring it on holiday! As I said this is my favourite jumper dress and was a Christmas present from Miss Selfridge.

Excuse my red hands, they were f-reezing when I took off my gloves for this picture! This was my birthday/Valentine’s mani that I concocted myself. I used four, yes four polishes to get this look: No. 17’s High Gloss in Risky Red, followed by Barry M’s Red Glitter, followed by a generous dose of Disney at H&M’s Confetti Kisses (silver glitter and chunks), (it’s £1.99 and is as luxe looking and hard wearing as a Deborah Lippmann or a Lynderella) plus a layer of Urban Outfitter’s Electra (coloured glitter and chunks), (a great dupe for Deborah Lippmann’s Happy Birthday if you’re interested!)

So that’s the OOTD, let me know what you think by commenting or tweet me as usual @MillieDelacoe. Until tomorrow, the last OOTD from Venice, enjoy the pictures from out and about on day #2!
